I Cannot Stop Getcontact Subscription Billing
I started a 1-month free trial subscription on Getcontact and canceled it after the trial period ended. However, despite canceling, charges have continued to be deducted from my card regularly for 10 months.
Even though I did not give any approval for ongoing payments, a total of $15 has been charged from my account without my consent. This situation has caused significant inconvenience.
I have been unable to find any proper contact or reach customer service, which has prevented me from resolving the issue or initiating a refund process.
I request that my subscription be immediately and permanently canceled, and that all unauthorized charges made so far be fully refunded to my account.
