Shoppers Drug Mart Life Brand Eyebrow Shaped Wax Strips

Last week I purchased Life Brand eyebrow shaped wax strips from Shoppers Drug Mart. I used them on Friday, carefully following all the directions on the box. Despite applying them as instructed, the strips did not remove the eyebrow hair at all and were completely ineffective. I bought this product expecting it to work as advertised and was disappointed that it did not perform its basic function. I have not yet contacted Shoppers Drug Mart or Life Brand customer service directly. I kindly request a refund for this purchase due to the product’s failure to remove hair as promised.
