Shoppers Drug Mart Problem With Tabs For Elastic Brandages

I recently purchased a Life Brand 5/4 m wrist elastic bandage for my grandson from the Shoppers location on Spring Road in Halifax, about two weeks ago. The bandage itself is fine and I regularly buy your products, however the small tabs that hold the bandage in place are causing a problem. They either get lost easily or do not hold properly, which makes it difficult to secure the bandage as intended. Because of this, I would like to know if it is possible to order replacement tabs on their own, or if there is another solution you can offer so that we can continue using the bandage safely and comfortably. I did ask at the pharmacy counter of a different Shoppers location, but they told me they could not help me with replacement tabs and that I would have to contact you directly. I am a loyal customer of your products and I would appreciate clear information on how I can obtain proper replacement tabs, or any alternative you can provide to resolve this issue.
