Refund Pending for Canceled Sp Sunday The Label Order via Shopify

I made a purchase from Sp Sunday The Label and canceled the order on the same day. The store confirmed the cancellation via email, but four days later, I still haven’t received my refund. When I contacted the store, they claimed the payment and refund were processed through Shopify. However, as of October 25, there’s no record of the refund in my account or even in pending transactions. Attempts to contact Shopify have been frustrating, as there is no proper support or representative to address this issue. I’ve also reported the matter to my bank regarding the failed refund. If this isn’t resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint to higher authorities. I demand immediate action to process my refund!
