I Ordered Bondex Pro and Got Cheap Silicone Instead From This Shopify Store
On 06/14/2026, I purchased two Bondex Pro products through an Instagram ad, from a Shopify store located at epzn59-pt.myshopify.com. I made my payment by credit card, totaling $17. On 06/16/2026, my package was delivered via Jetpacket, with tracking number 660050592 and order number #3036.
However, when I opened the package, I found that instead of the Bondex Pro products I had ordered, two pieces of clear silicone from a brand called Selsil had been sent instead. This was a huge disappointment, since this product has nothing to do with what I ordered and is a mediocre item I never wanted.
I sent emails in reply to the Bondex order confirmation email, as well as to the address h**********@gmail.com listed on the order, explaining the situation in detail. Despite this, no correction, explanation, or solution has been provided regarding my order so far. Since this situation gives the impression that a different, low-quality product was sent deliberately, I've reached the point of pursuing legal action, and I plan to file a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office tomorrow.
I want the two Bondex Pro products I ordered to be sent to me complete and without error as soon as possible. Otherwise, I want to state that I will pursue a full refund of the amount I paid and exercise my legal rights to the fullest regarding the harm I've experienced.
