Shopier Order of Phone Cases Arrives With Terrible Print Quality

I ordered a total of three phone cases for my iPhone 11 and Samsung S25 Ultra from an Instagram page called “Mkluxurycases,” selecting ready-made designs from their portfolio.
I completed the payment through Shopier in the total amount of $20. As of February 27, 2026, the products were delivered to me via PTT Cargo.
The print quality of the cases is extremely poor. The images are pixelated and faded, printed on cheap, transparent material. Even though each case is sold for about $10, the actual quality appears to be worth no more than $1–$3, and they do not provide any meaningful protection for the devices.
For this reason, on the same day I received the products—February 27, 2026—I contacted the seller via Instagram to request a return, explaining that the products do not meet expectations in terms of both quality and protection.
However, I was told that because the products are considered “custom-made,” returns are not accepted and only exchanges are possible.
Given the extremely low quality of the products and the fact that they do not provide real protection, I consider the refusal to accept a return under this justification to be unfair.
I am requesting a full refund of the $20 I paid, and I also want to prevent other customers from being misled or harmed by this seller’s low-quality and unreliable products.

There still hasn't been any response. I won't become poor over 750 lira, but you turn that amount into a multiple of the hospital's money, God willing.
