Shiny Force Order Stuck on “Created” for 17 Days

I placed an order on March 1 for a product from Shiny Force, order number 40955. However, even after 17 days, the order status still shows as “created” and has not progressed at all. I tried contacting the seller via Instagram and WhatsApp, but unfortunately, I have not received any response.

I don’t understand why there has been such a long delay, and I am also unable to cancel the order. I would like to return the product and receive a refund. Please respond as soon as possible.
