I Ordered a Shiny Force Tracksuit a Month Ago—Still Not Shipped

I placed an order with Shiny Force nearly a month ago, and my package still hasn’t even been shipped. I’ve reached out multiple times, but replies come very slowly, and when they do respond, the messages are vague and dismissive.

Each time I ask, they claim the delay is because the free gift item isn’t ready, so the whole order is being held up. They’ve told me “it will ship by the weekend” for the past three weeks, and I’m tired of the same empty promise over and over.

I ordered a winter tracksuit, and now it’s practically spring. The product is losing its seasonal relevance, and I'm stuck waiting without answers.

Meanwhile, they continue posting curated customer satisfaction stories online, but at this point, I can’t even tell if those are real.
