Shell Station Refused To Dispense Fuel
On 29 September 2026 at around 10:00 PM, I went to the Shell Elazığ Keban Yolu station to buy gasoline. When I wanted to refuel, the staff simply told me “There’s no gas” and did not provide any further explanation or information. I found it strange that a Shell station would be out of gasoline and that the staff would not give any clear explanation. This situation caused me inconvenience and made me question the service quality at this station. I kindly request that this incident be investigated, that I be given a clear explanation as to why gasoline was not available at that time, and that I receive an apology for the inconvenience caused.
