On August 4, 2025, I placed an order on Shein for three blouses (Delivery No: PALTR0001884546YQ). The shipment status now shows “delivery failed” with a note saying “flat-rate shipping”. My address details are correct, and I even listed my work address for delivery. The only outdated detail was my phone number, which I promptly updated in the system. Despite this, my package has still not been delivered.
This is the first time I have faced such an issue, and so far, I have been unable to reach Shein customer service for any assistance. The total amount I paid was ₺380, and I did not purchase any shipping insurance or protection plan. The tracking information does not even indicate which courier company is handling my delivery—only the “flat-rate shipping” label appears.
I request that Shein urgently arrange for my order to be delivered to me without further delay. I expect proper communication and tracking updates so customers are not left in the dark about their shipments.
