Shein Order Stuck With Local Carrier and Never Delivered
I placed an order on Shein for two bags and a few pieces of jewelry. My order number is GSO13J43B00N5RU. It has been almost two months since I placed the order, yet I still haven’t received my items and I haven’t received any updates. The tracking page shows that my package was delivered to a local carrier in Istanbul, but I live in Elazığ and nothing has been delivered to me.
When I contacted customer service, I received an automatic response stating that my package had been destroyed because it was not shipped for a long time, and that I could place a new order if I wanted the items resent. However, I have been waiting for my order for two months, received no information at all, and I feel completely neglected as a customer.
My total order amount was $12. I am requesting that my items be shipped to me as soon as possible. This was my first time shopping from Shein, and I am very disappointed to encounter such an issue. I kindly ask for my problem to be resolved quickly.
