Shein Order Stuck at Local Carrier, Unable to Get Delivery Details
I placed an order on Shein on August 20, and the tracking shows it arrived on September 2 and is currently with the local carrier. However, I’ve been instructed to contact the local carrier, but I can't reach them in any way. I have no idea what to do next. It seems like I might have to go pick it up myself, but the problem is that I don't even know which carrier has my package. There’s no information provided about the delivery company handling my order, and I'm completely stuck. I need help figuring out how to get my package or at least find out which carrier has it. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
