SHEIN Order Not Delivered Despite Being Marked as Delivered




I am writing to inform you that my order with the number C24090404278191, which was marked as delivered over three weeks ago, has not arrived. I contacted the delivery company, Paack, and they informed me that there was a logistical issue, and the order can no longer be delivered. They advised me to reach out to you as the seller to resolve the issue. Given this, I kindly request that you either: Redeliver the order, or Issue a full refund for the undelivered items. I have placed several orders with Shine in the past without any issues, so I hope this can be resolved promptly. Please let me know how we can proceed, and if any additional information is needed.
