SHEIN Order Missing 2 Items, No Help from Customer Service
I placed an order on SHEIN, but two items are missing from my delivery. Although I received the invoice, the products themselves never arrived. I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer service, but I keep getting redirected to a bot that traps me in an endless loop without offering any real solution. I bought these items as a birthday gift for my girlfriend in Italy, and now I regret it. The tracking number is 9C9656I349332, and while I have the invoice, I don’t have my items. They haven’t issued a refund either, and I can’t even figure out where my package is among all the post offices. I just want this issue resolved and my money refunded.
