Shein Lost My Order, Refuses to Refund Me and Claims It Was Left In a Safe Place

I won't be ordering from Shein once more since she has been a total headache to handle. Although my package never came, they refuse to reimburse me for the absent order. Worse, another package apparently arrived at me but I never got it. I never requested that it be left in a "safe place," yet that's the justification they keep offering me. I tried to get some real help, sent several emails, and followed every step they advised in their response, but all I received was the same run-down with no fix. They seem to simply take your money and then go off to let you sort things out on your own. To be honest, if you consider purchasing with Shein, consider twice; the stress is not worth it!
