Shein Delayed My Order Charged Me for Missing Items and Won’t Refund Me

Shein has only been a headache, hence I will not be purchasing with them once again. Though I was charged for everything, my order was delayed far past the anticipated delivery period and barely half of the things showed when it did. Worse, one item of my order never showed up at all. I asked customer support several times, but they were utterly useless—they merely provided the standard rehearsed answers devoid of any actual solution. Although they seem to be operating in total anarchy, the firm retains the money and the only people who suffer are the clients. Basically, I have been left out of money with no return visible. Be advised that ordering from Shein is not worth the trouble!
