Shein Denied Refund for My Order Stuck in Customs

I am writing to express my frustration as my 800-gram package, containing hobby materials and a few clothing items, has been unjustly seized, with the claim that it "appears commercial," despite being well within the 150 euro limit and not containing any prohibited items. Even though it passed through Istanbul customs, it's inexplicably stuck at the customs office in my current city (Afyon Customs Directorate). I went there in person, and they refused to release it, making absurd remarks like, 'What will you do with so many beads?' This intrusion into personal matters is simply outrageous. It would be great if such measures were taken against those smuggling illegal goods into the country.

I've been told they will return my package, yet it has been sitting there for three days, and when I contacted the purchasing site, they directed me to 'talk to customs officials.' No refund has been processed. As an affected student, I've neither received a refund nor my items. The customs officer suggested, almost mockingly, that I should prepare a declaration – as if I had imported tons of goods with a container, recommending I hire a customs consultant for a small package. This treatment, imposed on the younger generation in Turkey, saddens me deeply.

Moreover, despite explaining the situation to Shein, they are ignoring my pleas, and refusing to initiate the refund process.
