Over a month ago, I placed an order on SHEIN, but I still have no idea where my package is. I have tried reaching out for help multiple times, but no one has provided a clear or helpful response. To make matters worse, I’ve already spent an additional 50₼ just trying to contact customer support through the *8000 number, but I’m still left with no answers. This is extremely frustrating, and I am worried about the status of my package. My tracking number is AZ120*****9328, and I demand immediate assistance to locate my order or issue a refund. SHEIN must improve its customer service and resolve this matter promptly.
