Lost SHEIN Order and Unreachable Customer Service

I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with the delayed delivery of my order, placed through the app on November 26th. It has now been over a month, and I still haven't received any information about the status of my order. Despite making numerous attempts to contact Shein's customer service and the delivery services, I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone.
