ShareChat Account Suspended and Support Not Responding

I was actively using my ShareChat account until it was suddenly banned on March 28. Since that date, I have not been able to access my account at all....

I have been actively using my ShareChat account linked to the mobile number 7010729*** on my Android device until it was suddenly banned on April 14. Since that date, I have not been able to access my account in any way. When I attempt to log in, I receive the OTP, but after entering it the system simply states that my account is banned, and I am completely unable to open or use the account. I tried to contact ShareChat support regarding this issue, but I have not received any clear or satisfactory response and I still do not know the exact reason for this ban. I kindly request that my ShareChat account be reviewed once again and that the ban be removed so my account can be fully restored and usable. If it is not possible to lift the ban, I at least expect a detailed and clear explanation of the reason for this permanent ban.
