Share Chat's Unfair Device Ban On OnePlus Nord CE 5G
I am writing regarding an unfair device ban applied to my OnePlus Nord CE 5G on ShareChat. About a week ago, my device was suddenly blocked from using the platform, and it has remained banned for the past seven days. I did not enter or use any chatrooms, nor did I engage in any activity that could justify such a restriction. This situation appears to be a clear technical error or a false ban, as I have not violated any rules or policies to my knowledge. To resolve this, I already raised a support ticket with you (Ticket ID: 215473850447915), but I have not received any response or clarification so far, which is very disappointing. I request that my device (OnePlus Nord CE 5G) be immediately unbanned from ShareChat and that I be given a clear explanation of the specific reason behind this ban. I expect this to be investigated promptly and the restriction lifted, as I want to be able to use your service again without being wrongly flagged.

Update: My account is working perfectly on other devices (my mother's phone), which proves there is no issue with my account or content. The problem is strictly a 'Device Ban' on my OnePlus Nord CE 5G. Please unblock my device IMEI/ID so I can continue using ShareChat on my own phone.
