At the Sephora store in Nişantaşı, the cashier staff consistently refuse to help with testers, repeatedly saying that they are “not available.” I experienced the same situation again yesterday, and I can see that I’m not the only one—many other customers are also complaining about this issue.
Normally, I believe tester products should be made available to customers so we can try them. However, in this store, it feels like there is a systematic avoidance when it comes to providing testers. Every time we ask, it’s as if the testers simply don’t exist.
I am requesting that Sephora ensure tester products are regularly made available to customers at the Nişantaşı store and that the staff be properly informed and instructed on this matter.
