Sephora Loyalty Points Missing From Orders
Since November 2025, I have placed five different orders with Sephora Turkey, some online and some in physical stores, but none of these purchases have been reflected in my Sephora loyalty account as points. Despite the time that has passed, my points from these orders are still missing. I contacted Sephora customer service and store staff about this situation and was told that the issue would be fixed, but no action has been taken so far. Because my points were not loaded, I could not benefit from various campaigns and discounts that I would normally be entitled to, and I therefore missed saving opportunities and experienced clear disappointment. I request that all my purchases from November 2025 onwards be checked, that the missing points from these five orders be immediately loaded into my loyalty account, and that a fair compensation or equivalent benefit be provided for the campaigns and discounts I missed due to this ongoing problem. I also expect a clear and written response once the issue is resolved.
