Sephora Does Not Care About Its Customers!


I recently purchased a YSL lipstick from Sephora, expecting the exact shade I saw on the website. However, what I received was a completely different color—a disappointing brick red mixture that was nothing like what I wanted. I even have photos to prove it. When I called customer service, they insisted it wasn't their fault, but it clearly was. The color I received looks nothing like what was advertised on the website!
