I Am Eligible but Sephora Did Not Send My Black Card Gift

Although I am a Sephora Black Card holder, I have not received the welcome gift that should have been assigned and delivered to me as part of the Black Card campaign. I have been waiting for approximately two months.

During this time, I contacted customer service and was informed that the details regarding the gift would be sent to me via email. However, despite regularly checking my inbox, I have not received any email, nor has the product gift been delivered. My registered email address in the system is s************@gmail.com**. Even though I have fully met all the requirements to qualify for the Black Card, I have not been able to benefit from the welcome gift I am entitled to.

I request that my complaint be resolved and that the product gift I deserve under the Black Card welcome campaign be sent to me as soon as possible.
