I Need Badoo to Restore My Account and Protect My Data

When I tried to log into my Badoo account on April 7, 2026, at 8:00 AM using my Apple account, I discovered that my account had been banned. Since then, I have been completely unable to access it. I had only recently created this account and do not believe I violated any rules, so I consider this ban to be unfair.

After the ban, the app required me to take and upload a photo of my ID. I was forced to share this highly sensitive personal data, yet my account was still not restored. At this point, I not only cannot access my account, but I am also seriously concerned about the security and handling of my ID photo. Additionally, I did not have any purchases or paid subscriptions on this account.

My Badoo account is linked to my Apple ID: s*********@gmail.com**. I request a clear and detailed explanation of the reason for my account being banned. If this action was unjustified, I demand that my account be reactivated.

Furthermore, I request full transparency regarding how my ID photo has been processed, stored, and used. If I request it, I expect confirmation that all my personal data—especially my ID photo—has been completely deleted from your systems.

I expect both a resolution to my account issue and reassurance regarding the safety of my personal data.
