Samsung Wants Me to Pay for Turkish Language Support on My Bulgaria Bought TV


I bought a Samsung TV from Bulgaria as a new product, and they expect me to pay for Turkish language support. Since the product is not under warranty in Türkiye, they claim it is subject to a fee and dismiss the issue. I would understand if this were about a malfunction, but Samsung refuses to provide even basic language support for their own TV. This is something that should be included by default, especially for a global brand like Samsung. It feels like they are trying to charge extra for something that should already be available. Why would I ever shop from this company again? I do not recommend them to anyone. It is a complete disgrace.

They did not help in any way and demanded a fee.
