I bought my Samsung QE50Q60AAU TV in May 2022, and now, just shy of two years, the screen started darkening suddenly when I turned it on this morning. It’s frustrating to have such an issue so soon, and I can’t help but feel suspicious about this defect occurring right after the warranty period. I expect better quality from Samsung and urge them to address this problem immediately. I’m calling on Samsung to take responsibility and provide a quick solution to fix this issue.
