Recently I found out that the Samsung Gear SM-C200 360-degree camera doesn't work with any phones besides Samsung's own, so I thought I'd write and express my disappointment. After switching to a different brand of phone, I went to get the app and found that it wasn't compatible with my new device; downloading the APK didn't help, either. To no avail, I have exhausted all avenues of inquiry. The purpose of this letter is to solicit advice on how to address this compatibility problem. I would be very grateful for any suggestions or advice that could help me out of this jam. It's frustrating to have to rely on the camera's compatibility, but I'm still holding out hope that we can figure something out.
