Refusal Of Warranty / Incompetent Work By Samsung Authorized Service Center

I have been using a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 since September 2024. Around two months ago, a small semi‑circular area of dead pixels appeared near the top left corner of the inner screen, without any impact, drop or misuse. The device has no dents, no cracks visible to the eye and only shows normal wear and tear for a phone that has been used for almost two years. In addition, the factory‑installed screen protector had worn out and needed replacement. On 21.07, I took the device to an authorized Samsung service center in Istanbul. Despite there being no visible cracks or physical damage, the service center claimed that the screen was cracked and refused to repair it under warranty. We did not accept paying out of pocket for a screen replacement and instead requested that they at least install a new screen protector. When we received the phone back, the newly installed screen protector was not applied properly. There are air bubbles with dust trapped underneath, and most importantly there is a line just above the folding area where the protector is not adhered to the screen at all. The staff still insisted that this was caused by our device, even though the protector was clearly installed incorrectly during their service. I share photos clearly showing both the dead pixel area and the poorly installed screen protector. I request that my Galaxy Z Flip 6 be properly examined, that the screen and dead pixel issue be repaired under warranty, and that a new screen protector be installed correctly without any additional cost to me. I also expect Samsung to review the way this authorized service center handled my case, as I do not find their refusal of warranty and their workmanship acceptable.
