Recurring Samsung TV Malfunctions and Customer Dissatisfaction

Before we got married in 2019, my wife and I always said that when buying home furniture, we should have the best TV, if necessary, we should cut back a little on other items and allocate more money for the TV, and buy a well-known, quality brand. We bought a Samsung 65 inch television that we heard was one of the best quality in the market at that time. Everything was fine, the television broke down 2 years later due to a screen error and we were asked to pay almost the price of a television for the repair. Of course we did not accept and applied to the Consumer Arbitration Board. Samsung does not stand behind its products and customers so much that we went through a process that lasted more than 1.5 years. At the end of 2022, Samsung was found to be at fault in the process and a new television was sent to us and installed in January 2023. Again, just 2 years later, on the evening of June 18, 2025, our television suddenly did not turn on and was not fixed in any way. We officially developed a television phobia, within 6 years, 2 of our Samsung brand QE65Q67BAUXTK coded televisions broke down for no reason. Since we did not want to experience the same thing again, we called the service, a service fee of ₺750 was charged because the warranty had expired, and a repair fee of ₺26,000 was offered, saying that an extra screen had been added. Are you kidding people? What is it that two televisions broke down in 6 years? You have a quality brand called Samsung, but the value of your products is really 0. Customer satisfaction is 0. What are we going to do with this TV now, do we have to buy a new TV? We really regret that we cut back on other things and bought a Samsung brand. We constantly tell this to those who are getting married or making changes around us, so that people don't experience what we experienced. Of course, we will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board again regarding the issue, making money is not that easy. We never and definitely direct anyone to any Samsung brand product.
