I am experiencing a frustrating issue with my Samsung A54 5G. When I rotate the screen while using apps like YouTube.com and Netflix, a shadowy rectangle appears on the display. It looks very bad and is extremely distracting while trying to watch videos.
At first, I thought the problem was limited to Netflix, but after testing other apps, I realized it happens across multiple platforms. This confirms that the issue is with the phone itself and not with individual apps.
This flaw is ruining the viewing experience on a device that should handle media playback perfectly. I request urgent support from Samsung to resolve this issue.
