In April 2023, my Samsung Brand TV started to turn on and off by itself, I called Teknosa, I told Teknosa, they said the warranty was over, they said the product had insurance, they said you call Gulf Insurance, I called Gulf Insurance, they sent a technical service, they took the TV and left, then 5 days later a message came, your TV cannot be repaired. We gave you a Teknosa gift voucher worth 5200. I called the technical service and talked to them and they said that Samsung 50tu8000 models always have panel failure and this is a chronic problem. So the world brand Samsung cannot produce a TV that lasts more than 2 years? We will buy a TV every 2 years for the money we earn. Now I ask you, from which brand can we buy a 50 inc TV for 5200 liras? In this article, I am complaining about Teknosa for calling insurance a guarantee, Gulf Insurance for giving 5000 lira for a 13 thousand TV, and Samsung.
