My Samsung Galaxy A21S phone's vibration function is not working, even though the vibration settings are turned on! My phone doesn't vibrate at all, no matter what. I've tried numerous troubleshooting steps to fix this problem, but nothing has worked. I strongly suspect this is a software-related issue that was caused by an update or is a fundamental flaw. This is completely unacceptable for a smartphone.
Samsung, you need to fix this vibration problem on my Galaxy A21S immediately! Provide a software patch or a solution that restores my phone's vibration functionality. I expect a prompt and effective resolution to this issue.
