Unauthorized BNB Withdrawal from My Safepal Account, Requesting Refund
On January 24, 2022, an unauthorized BNB withdrawal was made from my Safepal account without my knowledge. I can see the account where the cryptocurrency was transferred, but I never authorized this transaction. I have already contacted the Help Center for assistance and requested that my account be reviewed. I expect Safepal to investigate this issue thoroughly and refund the amount that was taken. I’m extremely concerned about the security of my account and hope this matter is resolved as soon as possible. Safepal, please address this situation and restore my lost funds promptly.
