Foreign Object In My Ruffles Bag

I recently purchased a bag of Ruffles Cheddar and Sour Cream chips in Jersey City, New Jersey, and had a very disturbing experience. Immediately after opening the bag, before even starting to eat, I noticed a large foreign object inside. It looked like a huge nugget‑sized ball of cheese or seasoning stuck together. Because it looked abnormal and unhygienic, I did not want to touch it and felt very uncomfortable about the safety and quality of the product. This situation has made me lose confidence in the quality control of the product, so I am requesting a product replacement and for this issue to be taken seriously and investigated. I have already reached out to Ruffles but have not received any response yet. I expect a prompt reply, an explanation of how such a foreign object could end up in a sealed bag of chips, and a proper replacement for the defective product.
