Royal Match +3 Feature Missing From My Account

I play Royal Match on my Leader S19 Max Pro device. The "+3" feature in the "Gems" section has been available to all of my friends for quite some time, but it still has not been enabled on my account. We are currently at similar levels in the game, yet I am the only one among my friends who does not have access to this "+3" feature.

This issue has been ongoing for approximately three weeks. I have contacted in-game support several times, but each time I receive a generic response saying that the issue has been forwarded to the relevant teams and that the feature may become available over time. However, nothing has changed. Having a feature enabled for all of my friends who play at the same time while my account still does not have access to it makes me feel that I am being treated unfairly and significantly reduces my enjoyment of the game.

I request that the "+3" feature also be activated on my account, that equal access be provided among players, and that my situation be properly investigated and resolved.
