Rosetta Stone Subscription Refund Request With No Clear Option

About 3 days ago, I purchased a 1-year subscription through Rosetta Stone. When I tried to cancel the subscription and request a refund, I could not find any option or clear instructions on the website for canceling. I believe the instructions provided on the site are insufficient and misleading.

I am requesting that my subscription be fully canceled and that the annual fee I paid using my Akbank Axess credit card be refunded to me. My registered email address is h**********@gmail.com, and the transaction was made from Konya Ereğli.

I kindly ask that the necessary review be conducted and that I be contacted regarding the cancellation of my subscription and the refund process.
