Roidmi V30 Service Ignored My Requests and Demanded an Excessive Fee

I am dissatisfied with the service process regarding the main head of my Roidmi V30 cordless vacuum, which I have owned since August 29. I first contacted an authorized service provider and spoke with a representative named E*** about obtaining the head. He asked me to send a photo and said he would check the stock, but he never got back to me. I waited for hours, sent follow-up messages, and still received no response. For an entire week, my calls and messages were ignored. When I called the service again, other representatives immediately told me that the head was in stock and that I needed to pay ₺6,000. I was shocked both by the lack of communication and by this exorbitant price policy. Previously, I had found the same head on the market for about ₺2,000, but while waiting to see if it could be repaired, the product was sold. Since the authorized service is the only alternative, I had no other option. I urgently request that my need be addressed and that I receive an apology for being kept waiting. Even though my warranty has expired, I believe the negligence and high pricing I experienced in this process are not in line with fair business practices.
