I Linked Red Dead Redemption 2 to the Wrong Rockstar Account by Mistake

I purchased Red Dead Redemption 2 on Steam and began downloading the game. Unfortunately, my younger brother, who doesn't understand English, accessed my Steam account and mistakenly linked the game to his own Rockstar account instead of mine. Ever since, I've been trying to fix this issue, but getting any actual help has been impossible.

For the past two days, I’ve submitted ticket after ticket to Rockstar Support using Google Translate, carefully providing all the required information, including my Steam ID64 as requested. Despite this, I’ve gotten no resolution. I’ve even opened tickets from both my own Rockstar account and my brother’s account—probably around 10 tickets in total. Still, nothing has been done to unlink or correct the account binding.

This is incredibly frustrating. I paid for this game with the intention of playing it on my own Rockstar profile, not someone else’s. There needs to be a better way to resolve such simple account issues, especially when a genuine mistake is involved. I’m asking Rockstar to please look into my support tickets, remove the incorrect link, and allow me to connect Red Dead Redemption 2 to the proper account I originally intended.
