Rockstar Account Connection Problem — Old Steam Account Won’t Disconnect

For the past two weeks, I’ve been trying to unlink my old Steam account from my Rockstar Games account, but I haven’t been able to complete the process. I attempted to disconnect it through my account settings and also contacted customer support, but I haven’t received any response.

My username is “s”**, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue.
Right now, I can’t access my games purchased on my new Steam account because my old account is still linked. I’m trying to perform this process from Ankara, Turkey.

I request that Rockstar Games remove the link between my old Steam account and my Rockstar account, so that I can connect my new Steam account and regain access to my games without issues.
