RDR Online License Error on Steam – Game Won’t Launch

Hello, I purchased Red Dead Redemption Online during the January 25th sale, but I cannot play the game. Every time I try to launch it, I get error messages from Rockstar, and then it switches over to Steam, saying there’s no valid license. This issue keeps happening, and I’m unable to access the game I paid for.

I have tried troubleshooting, but nothing works. On top of that, Rockstar's support has been unresponsive. What is the point of selling a game if customers can’t even play it? I expect immediate assistance in resolving this license issue so that I can actually use the product I purchased.
