I purchased 180 Robux for approximately $9 through Google Play. During the purchase process, I received an error code, and the Robux balance was not added to my account. Normally, after completing a purchase, I would see a notification indicating when the Robux would be credited, but this time no such message appeared. I have not yet contacted customer support. I request that the Robux be credited to my account immediately, or that the $9 I paid be refunded. If the Robux is not added, I will pursue legal action with video evidence of the issue.
