Robux Not Delivered After Google Play Payment — Customer Complaint

I purchased 180 Robux for approximately $9 through Google Play. During the purchase process, I received an error code, and the Robux balance was not added to my account. Normally, after completing a purchase, I would see a notification indicating when the Robux would be credited, but this time no such message appeared. The payment was successfully processed and deducted from my bank account, yet the Robux never appeared in my account. My account name is niko282289.
I have not yet contacted customer support. I request that the Robux be credited to my account immediately, or that the $9 I paid be refunded. If the Robux is not added, I will pursue legal action with video evidence of the issue.
