I Face Account Theft on Roblox After Hacker Stole and Tried to Sell My Profile

Yesterday around 5:00 PM, my Roblox account (username: evil_4*)** was stolen and has since been put up for sale by the hacker. As soon as I realized what happened, I immediately contacted Roblox Support and submitted all possible verification details, including my old password and even screenshots of my WhatsApp conversations related to the account. Unfortunately, I only received a response saying that my “account information was insufficient,” which left me helpless.

This incident has caused additional harm because in the Brainot Çal game, my friend’s item Rainbow la Grande combinaison was also stolen from my account. My account is now completely frozen, and the thief has been sending me threatening messages, claiming that the account will be sold if I don’t comply. I am no longer able to log in under any circumstances, and the harassment continues.

This account is the result of years of progress and in-game purchases, and losing it would be a major financial and emotional setback. I demand that Roblox immediately restore my account, investigate the theft, and ensure the stolen items are returned. Players deserve proper protection against hacking and scams, and Roblox must strengthen its account recovery process to prevent others from experiencing the same injustice.
