Roblox Rip-Off: Missing Korblox Purchase and Vanishing Robux

I found a Korblox item for sale in Roblox, and it cost 170 Robux. I was really excited and bought the Korblox, but I was disappointed when it didn't arrive and my Robux disappeared from my account. This is so ridiculous! I saw a video about TT where a player had the Korblox item, and I really wanted to have it too. I tried reaching out to customer support, but they kept telling me that I already had the item, even though I couldn't find it anywhere in the store. This is a huge disappointment. I don't know how this could happen, but I'm asking for help. I don't want to feel like I've been ripped off with my Robux. I either want the Korblox item or a refund of my Robux. This situation is not at all what I expected from Roblox. I thought it was a platform I could trust.
