Murder Mystery 2 Knife Skin Not in Inventory After Purchase — Roblox Support Ignoring the Ticket

I purchased Robux on Roblox using my phone and a credit card, intending to buy a knife skin in Murder Mystery 2. However, neither the Robux showed up in my account nor did the knife skin appear in my inventory.
I paid approximately $2 for this transaction, and it has now been about a month. I still haven't received the items I paid for, and no refund has been issued either.
I opened a support ticket about the issue, but despite the significant amount of time that has passed, the support team has never responded. I've lost my money and have nothing to show for the purchase.
I am asking that either the Robux and the knife skin I paid for be added to my account, or that I receive a full refund of what I paid.
