I Lost Access to My Roblox Account After Sharing It With a Friend

I gave my Roblox account (username: Heartz_ozge) to my friend temporarily, but when I asked for it back, he gave me the wrong password. Shortly after, I broke my phone and lost all contact with him. Since then, I haven’t been able to recover my account.

I reached out to the Roblox support team, but they didn’t seem to care or offer real help. It’s extremely frustrating, especially considering how much money I’ve spent on this account. As a loyal user, I expected better treatment and stronger support.

I have plenty of evidence and screenshots to prove that I’m the rightful owner of the account. I’m requesting Roblox to either help me recover the account or at least provide me with the screenshots or details tied to my account so I can reclaim it properly. Please assist urgently.
