My request is this: please do not erase me completely, in memory of the money I spent, the regret I feel, and the genuine love I have for your game. Even if you cannot lift my ban entirely, please consider reducing my punishment from permanent to a temporary one, so that my effort and investment do not go completely to waste. Please give me one last chance to prove myself and show how faithfully I can follow the rules.
