Valorant Banned My Account Despite Never Using Cheats

About a week and a half ago, I downloaded Valorant onto my newly purchased computer. The only software, files, or additional programs installed on my device are Valorant, Discord, and Kaspersky antivirus. Even though my device is thoroughly protected by Kaspersky and my account has never had any previous ban history, I came home from the hospital two days ago, logged into the game, and was suddenly kicked out and notified that my account had been banned.

The stated reason for the ban is a violation of Rule 7, but I have never used any cheats, macros, VPNs, or similar software on my device. I have been using this account for approximately one year and have invested a significant amount of time and effort into developing it. Despite this, I was suddenly treated as though I had used cheats without being given any concrete reason, which has caused me significant frustration and hardship.

I opened a ticket with Riot Games Support, explained the situation in detail, and clearly stated that if Riot claims I used cheats, they should provide evidence supporting that claim. Despite this, I only received a response stating that my use of cheats had been confirmed and that any future tickets I submit would automatically be closed. The response provided no details or evidence whatsoever. I do not accept having my account closed in this manner without being provided with any logs, records, dates, or technical explanation.

Being banned despite never using cheats is damaging both the time and effort I have invested in my account and my reputation as a player. I request that my account be thoroughly and impartially reviewed again using all relevant account records and that the ban, which I believe was issued unfairly, be removed and my account reactivated. If there is concrete evidence supporting the allegation that I used cheats, I also request that this evidence be clearly and directly provided to me.
