Valorant Wrongfully Issued a Second Hardware Ban on My Account

My Valorant account, UnderHaven#GgWp, was unfairly given a second hardware ban on 05/12/2026. I have been unable to access the game for the past two days. The reason given for the ban was the alleged use of third-party software, but I have never used cheats, macros, scripts, or any similar third-party programs on my computer. I only use my computer for gaming, watching videos, and occasionally studying.

I previously opened a support ticket with Riot Games and submitted an appeal regarding this issue. However, despite my explanation, I was only told that the hardware ban was related to third-party software, and I never received a satisfying explanation showing that a detailed investigation had actually been conducted. Being unfairly banned has completely ruined both the enjoyment of the game and the account I spent so much time building.

I request that the anti-cheat logs related to both my account and my device be reviewed again in detail, and that my hardware ban be completely removed after it is confirmed that I did not use any third-party software.
